跑操場練肺活量 文中直笛奪冠
中國時報【王亭云╱宜蘭報導】
宜蘭縣蘇澳鎮文化國中的直笛樂團，每天跑操場2公里，練肺活量、團隊默契，一有時間就勤練直笛，點點滴滴辛苦累積，日前在全國學生音樂比賽，打敗北區眾多勁敵奪得特優第一名，指導老師謝玉珍說：「鄉下孩子刻苦耐操，讓他們得以勝出！」
文化國中直笛樂團成立第9年，雖屬於偏遠學校，但在音樂場上，這些孩子的表現絲毫不遜於都會區孩子，不僅年年代表宜蘭縣出征全國學生音樂比賽北區，都有前3名佳績，其中，2009、2010、2012年更拿下第1名，逐漸成為該校的代表性特色。
指導老師謝玉珍訓練學生的方式很特別，她要求團員每天提早1小時到校，跑操場5圈，就連自己也跟著跑。她說，不只訓練肺活量，更是學習面對困難不能半途而廢，且整團一起跑，跑快的人要等慢的，磨練出絕佳默契。
團員們在賽場上吹奏自選曲「Sinfonietta」，音色豐富飽滿，展現十足默契。謝玉珍表示，鄉下孩子刻苦耐磨又耐操，是他們勝出的主因，這份團隊的榮譽感，以及音樂的陶養，讓低收入戶或家庭有狀況的團員，也逐漸擁有自信，找到自己的方向。
