跑完能沖澡！ 公園旁設「跑站」搶慢跑客
民眾愛路跑，每到傍晚大安森林公園、國父紀念館就會出現不少慢跑客，有店家特別打造慢跑專門餐點，嚴格把關卡路里、營養素，讓減重更有效率，也有店家選在大安森林公園開店，跟健身房不一樣，沒有運動器材而只提供寄物、沖澡、泡腳等半套服務，用附加服務搶攻都市慢跑商機。
店員：「請問今天需要什麼體驗呢？我要寄物。」
走進跑站就像來到半個健身房，隨身包包、鞋子放進櫃子裡，4位數密碼鎖更添安全感，接著毫無負擔地轉身出門，慢跑去。跑完回來還能泡腳，打開氣泡水柱按摩小腿肌，水溫控制在38度到40度，最能消除運動疲勞，想洗澡也ok，洗髮精、沐浴乳都準備好。
路跑民眾：「以前沒有這種設施時候，跑完步都要臭臭的坐公車、坐捷運回家，現在有這空間的話，會覺得至少不會影響到別人。」
新型態跑站只做半套、少了基本健身器材，提供寄物、沖澡、泡腳三大服務，地點就在大安森林公園旁，把運動場地拉進公園裡，專門鎖定慢跑愛好者，公園裡早晨時段、入夜之後，慢跑人潮特別多，一天至少破百人。
負責人蔡宜玫：「大安森林公園也是台北市來說市內最大的綠地，所以我們也觀察到大安森林公園這邊，不管晨跑或夜跑的人潮都非常多。」
另外一家餐廳也挑慢跑民眾常出沒的國父紀念館，端出各式美食、堅果沙拉、 蘑菇濃湯、嫩烤雞腿，推這些裡頭卡路里營養成分通通精算過，45%碳水化合物跟30%脂肪，剩下的則是蛋白質，全部800卡不到，標榜即使跑完步也能大快朵頤，但是有些東西是地雷絕對不能碰。
路跑餐廳老闆程巽凱：「當然避免的是身體難吸收的人工調味，還有油炸的。」
民眾愛吃愛跑讓店家也跟風，用附加服務給方便收服跑者的心，開發另類商機。
